Herbal Rice RecipeDecember 21, 2017
Bamboo rice – 1 cup
Palm sugar – 2 cups
Cashews – 10 nos
Cow Ghee – 50ml
Water – 4 cups
Cardamom pods- 2 nos
Soak bamboo rice for 6 hours
Drain the water and grind it to a coarse consistency .
Mix it with water and cook it in a heavy bottom pan under a low medium flame for 15 minutes . Keep stiring continously .
Add the palmsugar syrup and continue to stir.
Add the Ghee little by little.
Add tge cardomom pods and cashews at thr end.
